Foraster

The Foraster coupatge oil, is born from the inertia of our brand, a need that makes us take the decision to expand our productive territory and continue to make the products produced in our diania territory worthy, working with the search for organic olives of the highest quality and a stubborn production philosophy, in order to produce this new reference of premium organic extra virgin olive oil from harvest early.

It is obtained from the blend of the green harvest of the indigenous varieties of the mountains of Alicante: Blanqueta, Alfafarenca, Mançanella and a touch of Arbequina, these different varieties, collected and elaborated separately, make up our new blend when assembled.

The oil is produced in a neat and clean way, with a forced cold system (19º) and a definitive conservation and blending for varieties that give the oil as a whole, a balance of sweet, bitter and spicy, which makes it of excellent quality and with its own character.

Of complex flavors reminiscent of almonds, vegetables, spices, olive leaf and with a medium aftertaste persistence and green fruity aromas. The variability of the blend will vary annually according to the varietal productivity and its characteristics, in order to give the product excellence year after year.

Currently the operation is certified by the Committee for Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community with operator code: CAECV CV5139 PV.
