What is Tossut dels Pouets?
It is an agro-ecological farm managed with a sustainable production philosophy, with a differential essence due to the environment in which it is located. It is a project to recover the mountain agricultural heritage of the family ancestors, which more than a productive soil, is a philosophy of life with an agrarian, ecological, family and sustainable character.
We bet on making quality products, such as extra virgin olive oil and wine, fighting to give a high value to what you drink, looking for it to transport you to what is the essence of the place, which reflects the hard work of recovering and maintaining the productive soil of the mountains of Alicante, of the Marina Alta, of Pedreguer.
Our goal
The aim is to make quality products, such as extra virgin olive oil and wine, striving to give a high value to what you drink, seeking to transport you to what is the essence of the place. In short, give value to production and exploitation, even increasing the initial surface so that it can be maintained on its own, this way the heritage and our illusions will be maintained, always in an agroecological and sustainable way.
Sustainable Development
In 2015, the UN approved the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development, an opportunity for countries and their societies to embark on a new path to improve the lives of all, without leaving anyone behind. The agenda has 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which include everything from the elimination of poverty to the fight against climate change, education, women's equality, the defense of the environment or the design of our cities.

"My philosophy is the recovery of the mountain agricultural heritage of my ancestors, and it is born from taking inertia in what my father started, which belonged to my grandparents and in which I make it continue with the formula of giving added value to a product to dignify the heritage, our landscape.
