We grow olive trees in an agroecological way, generating the most sustainable agroecosystem possible within the Mediterranean mountain environment in which the farm is located, with special care for the quality of the olive, for the subsequent production of an oil produced in green and forced cold extraction with unique characteristics and that express the territory.
